  • RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

General Terms

All orders are invoiced at the pricing applicable at the time of placing an order. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market conditions, supplier updates or other external factors. By placing an order with TQS Distribution, you agree to the terms, policies, and procedures outlined below.

Returns Policy

Returns Accepted for Manufacturer Defects Only

Returns are accepted exclusively for products with verifiable manufacturer defects. All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for review.

Return Authorization Required

All return requests must be pre approved in writing by TQS Distribution. Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for return, items must be in original factory sealed packaging. All original materials, accessories, manuals and documentation must be included. Products must be unused and in resalable condition.

Restocking Fees

A flat 30% restocking fee applies to all our products in case of return. These fees cover handling, inspection and processing costs and are deducted from store credit.

Return Shipping Responsibility

All return shipping costs, including freight and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. TQS Distribution does not provide prepaid return labels.

Store Credit Only – No Cash Refunds

All approved returns will be issued as store credit only, which can be used for future purchases. No cash, credit card or bank refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Final Sale Items – No Returns or Exchanges

Products sold under promotional pricing, clearance deals, short-dated inventory, custom orders or specially sourced items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Customers are responsible for reviewing orders carefully before purchase.

E-Commerce Platform Sales

TQS Distribution does not accept returns for products shipped to third party marketplaces. Any relabeling, repackaging or third party handling voids eligibility for returns due to compliance and product integrity concerns. Buyers are responsible for ensuring proper platform compliance before placing an order.


Exchange Policy

Exchange Timeframe

Exchanges are permitted within 48 hours of delivery, subject to product availability and written approval.

Shipping Responsibility

All costs associated with returning the original product and shipping the replacement are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges are subject to the same condition and restocking fee requirements.

Freight Shortage or Damage

Inspection at Delivery

Customers must inspect all shipments upon delivery. Any visible damage, shortage, or tampering must be clearly noted on the freight bill and acknowledged by the carrier at the time of delivery.

Discrepancy Notification Window

All claims related to damage, shortage, or misdelivery must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.

Carrier Liability

Once an order leaves our warehouse, responsibility for loss or damage transfers to the carrier. In such cases, customers must file claims directly with the carrier. TQS Distribution will assist by providing necessary documentation upon request.

Payments

We accept bank transfers, ACH, credit cards and debit cards. Orders are processed only after full payment is received and cleared. Partial payments or pending transactions may result in delays or order cancellation.

Payment terms may vary based on order value, purchase history and account standing. Custom payment terms may be offered to approved and established customers.

Order Acknowledgment and Agreement

By placing an order with TQS Distribution, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and policies outlined above. You accept responsibility for applicable return, exchange, and freight costs. You understand that all returns are subject to approval and store credit only, and that final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
